By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

ZynaPay provides payment processing services including:

• Direct payment processing via card networks (Visa, Mastercard)
• Hosted payment pages and payment link generation
• Transaction management and reporting
• Merchant and partner dashboard services
• Chargeback and dispute management

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains up to date

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform.

Prohibited activities include fraud, money laundering, unauthorized access, processing of prohibited goods or services, and any activity that violates applicable laws, Card Association rules, or regulatory requirements.

All fees are charged in accordance with your signed Merchant Service Level Agreement or Referral Agreement. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services used.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZynaPay PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
